
Temporary staffing & secondment
We are NEN-4400-1 certified in accordance with the strict requirements of the Labour Standards Foundation (Stichting Normering Arbeid) and, from the outset, operate in accordance with the Client Collective Labour Agreement (CAO), i.e. the collective agreement applicable to you or your sector. If a collective agreement fails to provide for something or provides insufficiently, the Collective Labour Agreement for Temporary Workers (ABU) and the Statutory Minimum Wage also apply
For the temporary staffing and secondment of our flex workers, we follow the ABU Phase System:
- Phase A - 1 year or 52 weeks worked: temporary staffing with a temporary staffing clause, i.e. payment only for hours worked.
- Phase B - 3 years – secondment with a maximum of 6 fixed-term employment contracts
We can therefore provide you with a total of 4 years’ service with one or more employees.
In accordance with the new Balanced Labour Market Act, we operate a new 5-step plan for (new) requests for flex workers:
- Please email your request for flex workers in good time to heerhugowaard@jobfield.nl, including details such as your company information, the number of flex workers, the period (start and end dates), the collective labour agreement (CLA), the flex workers’ profiles and any specific requirements.
- You will receive immediate confirmation and your request will be marked as ‘under review’. Should you have any questions or if anything is unclear, we will contact you or you may contact us.
- Our Front Office recruits and selects the requested flex workers.
- Two to four days before placement, you will receive confirmation by email from our Front Office listing the names of all the flex workers who will be placed with you.
- Our Back Office will place all flex workers with on-call contracts and placement confirmations in your own Flex Client Portal
For the hourly rate for temporary staffing and secondment, we use rate factors (gross hourly wage x factor).
