Flex workers

Jobfield is committed to good employment practices. We mainly work with flex workers from across Europe and beyond.
 
What we arrange for our flex workers:
  • Suitable work through effective matching between flex workers and various employers/clients.
  • SNF-certified accommodation, as close as possible to the employer/client where possible.
  • A Citizen Service Number for wage payments and registration with the Non-Resident Register or the local council where the flex worker lives.
  • Compulsory health insurance, the ZEM policy from Zorg en Zekerheid
  • Transport by bicycle or using one of our cars from the Jobfield fleet
  • Payment for hours worked in accordance with the hirers’ collective labour agreement and accrued entitlements (8.33% & holiday pay and 10.82% holiday entitlement) in accordance with the payment schedule.
  • A personal portal available 24/7 for, among other things, hours worked, Health Card & Health Insurance Policy, payslips & annual statements, requesting leave or reporting sick, FAQs, payment calendar, etc
  
For the hourly rate for temporary work & secondment, we use rate factors; hourly rate = gross hourly wage x factor.
