This vision is also clearly reflected in developments within the temporary employment sector. With the transition from ‘Hirer’s Remuneration’ to ‘Equivalent Remuneration’ from 2026, we remain at the forefront of fair and transparent terms of employment.

As a temporary employment agency working with international workers, we demonstrably meet the highest quality standards. We are certified in accordance with the standards of the Stichting Normering Arbeid (SNA) and NEN 4400-1. This underlines that we comply with all relevant laws and regulations and are a reliable partner for both clients and employees.

We also set high standards when it comes to accommodation. Our accommodation is certified in accordance with the Quality Points System of the Stichting Normering Flexwonen (SNF), which stands for safe and high-quality living conditions.

Furthermore, we have been PayOK-certified since 2025. This certification guarantees that all employees are remunerated in accordance with the applicable collective labour agreements in the Netherlands. In this way, we demonstrate that we take our responsibility as an employer seriously and that our employees can count on fairness, security and trust.

To further strengthen our quality and professionalism, we are members of the ABU trade association and hold the corresponding certificate. This means that we are part of a strong network of professional temporary employment agencies and actively contribute to improving the sector, with a particular focus on the position of migrant workers.

In addition to the mandatory audits and inspections, we have made a conscious decision to undergo voluntary assessments by independent bodies. This enables us to continuously improve and ensures that our processes meet the highest standards.
