The agency

Combine knowledge, West Frisian pragmatism, enterprising entrepreneurs with the right work ethic, and you’ll find yourself at the successful NEN 4400-1 certified temporary employment agency Jobfield B.V. in Heerhugowaard. All our accommodation for flex workers is also SNF certified. 

We work with flex workers from all over Europe and beyond. We currently work with 15 different nationalities.

In addition to our own recruitment of flex workers, we also work closely and successfully with recruitment agencies in various European countries.

Thinking in terms of solutions

Due to all the new legislation and regulations, companies no longer wish to employ (temporary) staff on contracts, and they also want to minimise risks and reduce payroll and administrative costs as much as possible. With ready-made solutions, such as our own Client Flex Portal and our own accommodation, we provide concrete solutions. The key words here are: communication, short lines of communication, convenience and taking the burden off companies.

We certainly do not want to become the biggest, but we do want to remain the best.
